Team Check-In:

• Location: Kentucky Exposition Center-West Wing main entrance (See attached diagram)
• Time: 45 minutes before your first game
• Process: Coaches bring rosters to the check-in table. Only coaches need to check in.
• Wristbands: Provided for approved players (max 12) and coaches (max 2). Required for entry.
• USAFH Membership: Players and coaches must have a current USAFH membership/photo ID, in hard or digital form, valid through the event. For any onsite roster changes, present an up to date USAFH membership digital card. Coaches' memberships must be current as of the qualifier date, with no pending memberships, SafeSport, or background screenings allowed.

York College FH would like to draw your attention to a clinic they will be running on January 6th. Registration can be found via this link or www.spartansfh.com, and clicking Winter Prospect Weekend Session II.  Your athlete will want to select the "Clinic Only" option. This is a great opportunity to meet some of our players, our coaching staff, get a free piece of Spartan gear, and even explore campus. We will be hosting a brief campus tour at 2:30pm. We will also be including a program conversation before the clinic, roughly 4pm, to learn about our mission, values, and goals as a Spartan. I do hope that we see some of your athletes participate if they are not already signed up.

Please wear your CPFH uniform to the 12/2 tournament.  If you do not have a CPFH uniform, wear your CP practice pinnie and any black shorts (bring white socks for when you are "home" and black socks for when you are "away")

Please arrive 45 minutes before your first game so you can be dressed and ready to find your team and coach and begin team talk and warm ups 30 minutes before your 1st game.

Each team has three 15 min games / 2 minutes between each game.
**There are a few teams who ended up with 4 games so please look over the schedule closely**

There will be a warmup space on the sport court.

We will have 2 umpires on the court for every game to help with learning rules/having rules of the game applied.

Score will NOT be kept.

Indoor FH Gear... Well Done FH will be there in the lobby 9am until 1pm... If you are still in need of indoor gear (ie: face masks, gloves, sticks, etc) please plan to stop by Yellow Breeches this Saturday morning!

Rosters will be posted here following your group's 2nd practice this week.   
This does not mean your team is confirmed at this point, final team rosters for the 2023-2024 season will be emailed and posted immediately following the 12/2 tournament.
