Practices Begin the week of April 5th!

**If you played with CPFH for the winter 2020-2021 season your age group stays the same for the spring season.  Players do not bump up an age group until the next upcoming winter season.  Spring season age divisions are still based on the player's age as of 12/31/2020...
U10 Under age 10 as of 12/31/2020

U14 Under age 14 as of 12/31/2020
U16 Under age 16 as of 12/31/2020
U19 Under age 19 as of 12/31/2020

**Every athlete planning to play with CPFH for the Spring 2021 season MUST complete the player registration at the bottom of this page.  When you register, no fee will be charged at this time... all player invitations will be sent out March 25th at which time payments will be set up, waivers and player information completed and any updated spring information will be emailed to you. 
You will NOT receive a spring CPFH player invitation if you do not register via the player registration at the bottom of this page.

Practice Schedule:
**JPOL roster athletes will have 2 practices per week: Non-JPOL athletes, all U12s and all U10s will have one practice per week

U10 all players Tuesdays 5:00-6:30 at Yellow Breeches

U12 all players Tuesdays 6:00-8:00 at Yellow Breeches

GKs:  Dates and Times have not yet been confirmed but GK skills practices will be at yellow breeches.  April practices will be run by Coach Tara Zollinger (Head Coach at Ship Univ and former Assistant/GK coach at Syracuse Univ).  May practices will be run by Emily Snowden (Emily has trained under Martijn Drijver for 5 years after first traveling to Holland to train with him while playing D1 college hockey. Spending several summers studying the Drijver Goalie System as a goalie and then as a coach, Emily is able to bring her training skills to help U.S. goalies.)
**Gks are also asked to attend their age group's practices with the field players.

Spring Fees:
U10 : $250   
U12 : $300   
U14, U16 & U19 7v7: $325 
U14, U16 & U19 JPOL (2 practices per week) $550
Spring Tournament Fees: $70/tournament

Spring JPOL Game Dates:
U19 JPOL: 4/11, 4/17, 5/2, 5/8, 5/9, 5/16
U16 JPOL: 4/10, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/16, 5/23
U14 JPOL: 5/15, 5/16, 5/22, 5/23, 6/12, 6/13

*JPOL Rosters were formed from the March 21st CPFH Tryouts.  CPFH will form a 1st team JPOL roster of approx 13 field players and 2 GKs and a 2nd team JPOL roster of approx 7 field players and 2 GK (the 2nd team roster will be alternates for the 1st team for game days) for each of the U19, U16 and U14 JPOL teams.  Total per age group it is approximately 20 field players and 4 GKs.  Both rosters of athletes will be asked to attend the 11v11 CPFH JPOL practices in addition to the 7v7/skills practices.  For each JPOL game day, 1st team roster players will be able to first submit your availability to play, if spots are not filled by the 1st team JPOL athletes, the 2nd team JPOL athletes will have the opportunity to play in available JPOL game days.

April 2nd-3rd Shooting Star Easter Tournament at DE Turf Sports Complex U16 11v11 and U14 11v11
April 16th-18th Shooting Star Jamboree at DE Turf Sports Complex U19 11v11 and two U16 11v11 teams
May 5th DE Turf Cup at DE Turf Sports Complex, all 7v7 games: U19, U16, U14, U12 and U10
